The flat will be ready for occupation on arrival and on departure will

If servicing is required during a longer stay each service
will be charged @ 35 Euros (approx. £25).
TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Payment
Conditions
A 25% deposit
(of total cost) is required for all bookings, which must be paid within
10 days of your booking reservation, and enclosed with this booking
form.
In the
event of your deposit not being received within 10 days of your booking
reservation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The balance
must be paid at least eight weeks prior to your expected date of departure
from the UK.
If the balance (75%) is not received at least eight weeks prior to your
expected arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking -
with no refund of deposit (but see cancellation conditions below).
If your
departure date is within eight weeks, the full amount is payable at
the time of booking.
Your reservation
should not be considered as confirmed until your deposit, (or full amount,
if booking is made within eight weeks), has been received and cheque
payments have been cleared.
Damage/Breakage
Returnable Deposit £100
We request
credit card details (VISA/MASTERCARD or EUROCARD : Name on card, card
number, expiry date, billing address + last 3 digits of the security
code over the signature on the back) 1 week prior to departure for an
authorization to take up to £100 to cover any breakage or damage
notified to us by you or by our managing agent or the cleaners. The
sum to be taken will be agreed within 10 days from your departure if
applicable. Otherwise the authorisation will lapse and normally no payment
will be taken .

Cancellations
are required in writing and should be sent by e-mail or by first class
post.
Cancellations
may incur the following charges:
- Over
eight weeks prior to holiday start date - loss of deposit only
- Over
four weeks but up to eight weeks - 60% of total amount
- Less
than four weeks - 100% of rental rate

Anything specific I need to bring?
Beach towels are provided at the apartment together with all other towels and linen so that should lighten the suitcase a little! The only other things you will need are plenty of suntan lotion, some Euros and a smile! Oh! Yes, don't forget your driving license if you plan to hire a car during your stay.
Where is the apartment?
Directions to the apartment will be sent to you 1 - 2 weeks before your date of departure. If you are planning to hire a car direct from the airport at Alicante (El Altet), the route to Torrevieja is very straightforward and is only about 25 miles. As you leave the airport follow the signs for Cartegena on the N332, keep heading towards Cartegena until you reach Torrevieja. Our directions, when you receive them, will guide you from there. Alternatively, you can also fly to Murcia (San Javier) airport, which is a little closer to the apartment (approaching from the south).
How do I get around?
There is so much to do and see in Torrevieja that car hire is almost a necessity - and at less than £100 per week, it's very reasonable. Alternatively, there are regular buses, which run along the sea front, providing services to the town and to other beach areas; a taxi service is also available. There are also, local supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartment.
What else should I know?
As a precautionary measure, you are advised to apply for a European Health Insurance Card to cover any minor illnesses during your stay. Any serious illnesses, which may result in your being hospitalised, will require some additional form of private medical insurance.
Please note the European Health Insurance Card is in addition to holiday insurance, which you are also encouraged to arrange prior to your departure.
If you are planning to hire a car during your stay don't forget your driving license, and credit card.
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack, containing essential groceries to keep you nourished until the supermarkets are open again, can be supplied by prior arrangement if you have a late arrival. The welcome pack contains coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jams and cereals etc
